Return & Refund Policy

1. Changing Your Mind

If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return items for a refund or exchange.


  • Items must be returned in unused, resaleable condition, with all original packaging and tags.

  • You are responsible for the return and re-sent shipping cost, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@isletpicks.co.uk with:


  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue (including photos)

We’ll arrange for you to return the item (we’ll provide a pre-paid return label where appropriate), and once received we will either:


  • Offer you a replacement, or

  • Provide a full refund, including your original delivery cost.

3. How to Return an Item


  1. Email us at hello@isletpicks.co.uk with “Returns” in the subject line.

  2. Tell us your order number, which item(s) you’re returning, and the reason.

  3. We’ll send you a return authorisation and instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely, include original packaging, and send it to our returns address (provided upon authorisation).

  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.

4. What We Refund


  • If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • The following items are not eligible for returns/exchange if you’ve changed your mind:


    Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page


    Returned items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging


    Products that have been personalised


    Perishable goods (e.g. food, beverages)


    Cosmetics & skincare items once opened


    Personal care items once washed/used


    Clearance or sale items marked “non-returnable”


5. Refund Timing


  • We will begin processing your refund within 5–7 working days of receiving your returned item.

  • Depending on your payment provider, you may see the credit appear in your account within 7–10 working days afterwards.

6. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., different size, colour or variant), let us know when you email us.

We’ll confirm availability and send a return authorisation for the old item.

The replacement will be sent once the original item is returned.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns


  • For a change-of-mind return & exchange: you are responsible for return and re-sent (if possible) shipping costs.

  • For faulty or incorrect items that we are at fault for: we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you originally paid for express shipping, only the standard shipping cost will be refundable (unless the item was faulty).

8. Customs & Overseas Returns


  • For overseas orders (outside the UK), you may be liable for customs duties and return shipping.

  • We do not refund customs duties incurred on returned goods — these remain non-refundable.
