Shipping & Delivery Information
At Islet Picks we aim to provide fast, transparent delivery across the UK so you can start enjoying your curated Japanese homegoods as soon as possible.
1. Dispatch Times

For orders placed before 3:00pm UK time (Monday–Friday) we aim to dispatch within one working day (excluding bank holidays, weekends and special situation ).

Orders placed after 3:00pm or at weekends will be dispatched within two working days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Options (UK)

Note: Delivery times are estimated. Although we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur (e.g., high demand or carrier issues).
3. International Shipping
At present we focus on UK delivery. For international orders please contact us at hello@isletpicks.co.uk for a quote and estimated delivery time.
4. Duties & Import Taxes
All UK orders are delivered without additional customs charges. For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
5. Address Accuracy & Signature

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct (flat number, postcode, etc.).

If the courier requires a signature on delivery and no one is present, a card may be left or the parcel taken to a local collection point.

If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address and you request re-shipping, shipping charges will apply.
6. Order Status & Tracking

After dispatch you will receive an email with tracking information.

You can track your parcel via the courier’s website.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at hello@isletpicks.co.uk.
7. Returns & Failed Deliveries

If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or address error, you will be notified and shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

8. Delivery Damages or Missing Items

On receipt of your order, please inspect the packaging and items.

If any items appear damaged or missing, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@isletpicks.co.uk, with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We’ll guide you through replacement or refund as per our policy.
